Professional growth is supported by our Training and Development department, which ensures that each employee receives adequate training. Once recruited, every employee is assigned a trainer and a mentor, who ensure the training plan is followed and guide them out throughout their Lidl journey.
Hard works pays off and Lidl Malta rewards passionate people who are determined to succeed. The beginning of a career with Lidl usually starts off with an entry level position. The next step is that of Supervisor who may be promoted to an Assistant Manager. Assistant Managers who show grit and responsibility become Managers and take care of their own shop and lead their own team. Managers may also be promoted to Senior Managers.
