To apply for one of our job opportunities, visit our Jobsearch section, select the position that corresponds most closely to your professional profile, read the job description carefully, and click on “Apply now”. Following this upload your CV and input all your personal data in the required fields. Then choose your visibility options so we can transfer your application to a location which is closest to you. Once you accept the “Terms of use” we will then be able to review your application.  

Our recruiting team carefully reviews each application and does its best to send a feedback email after a maximum of three weeks. In case the application does not match our requirements and needs, you will still be contacted by our recruiting team through an email.

Lidl Malta is constantly looking for motivated people who wish to join its dynamic work environment. For each work opportunity on offer, different skills and abilities are required. They are specified in each job description. We therefore advise you to read carefully the job descriptions and to apply for the opportunity that most fits your professional profile.

The first thing you should do is to check if adverts referring to the store you are interested in have been published in the section. If there are no offers for that specific area on the site, it is possible that at the moment there is no need for staff because the employees employed in the new store are partly people who already have experience in our company and partly new entries whose CVs were already present in the company database. In any case, we advise you to keep a close eye on the site because the  section is updated regularly.

At the present time, it is not possible to send us a speculative application, because  all the adverts in the   area are only published as a result of actual personnel needs which are updated regularly.

You can request a new password by carrying the following steps:Click on Login at the top right of our site https://jobs.lidl.com.mt/jobsearch In the page that opens, click on "Forgot password" below the fields for entering the access credentialsEnter your registration e-mail address and click submitYou will receive an email with instructions to set your new password.

To check the status of your application and apply for new opportunities, you can access your candidate profile through the link received by email at the time of registration. Using your email and password for your account, you will access your candidate profile screen on our portal.

First, make sure the files you want to attach are in DOCX, PDF, IMAGE and / or TEXT format. You can use your PC, smartphone or tablet to send upload your documents with your application.

To update / modify your data, you can access your candidate profile through the link received by email at the time of registration. Using your email and password in your possession, you will access your candidate profile screen on our portal. From there you can update all your personal information together with any uploads on the portal.

The site https://jobs.lidl.com.mt/jobsearch is updated daily with ongoing searches. Hence, it may be the case that you would be unable to find vacancies being offered by the Company on other portals as it may no longer be available. We therefore recommend that you consider only the opportunities on our site by applying through the online form.

Yes. Once you have accessed your page through the link you received at the time of registration, you can delete your registration data by clicking on "Options"> "Settings" at the top right of the page and then on the "Delete" button profile ”at the bottom right. By doing so, all your applications as well as your personal data will be deleted from the system.

No - at the moment Lidl Malta only employes people who are aged 18 years or over. 

For every newly-employed human resource, a specific training plan is drawn up, in order to allow the new employee to be integrated and fit into his or her new department. As well as training on the job and shadow working alongside experienced colleagues, classroom training modules are also planned, and courses for the development and enhancement of specific competences necessary to carry out day-to-day activities are executed.
