Our Sales Organisations Team

The Sales Organisations Department work hand-in-hand with stores to ensure they consistently meet and exceed sales goals. This includes monitoring performance, identifying areas for improvement, and providing ongoing support to optimise the customer experience and drive sales growth. They also assist in implementing new procedures, rolling out exciting projects, or developing training programmes, to equip our stores with the tools and knowledge they need to thrive. 

Our Purchasing Team

The Purchasing Area deals with the identification and management of suppliers for both the Food and the Non-Food Departments. The professional figures of this area manage the qualitative and quantitative controls of the ordered goods and are responsible for relations with the relevant bodies. 

The main activities of the Purchasing team include the monitoring of the  assortment of products, the market as well as the carrying out of competition analyis

The Purchasers create and enrich the assortment of products through commercial negotiations with suppliers, the analysis of market and competition trends, the development and design of our own private labels.

Category Management

It considers each product category as a strategic business unit, with the aim of improving the results - business and profitability - by focusing on the shopper.

Product Management - Food / Non-Food

They ensure that promotional offers available at the points of sale are effective, attractive and stimulating. They follow the product from birth, choosing it carefully, planning it for the correct week of the year and creating material for the advertising spint.
