Keeping our busy stores fully stocked is a big responsibility. That's the job of our warehouse, matching supply and demand. With goods of all kinds flowing in and out of our stores, it is essential that they are received, stored and delivered on time and in excellent condition. If you enjoy being a part of a friendly team buzzing with non-stop activity, our Logistics Centre, which is located in Burmarrad, is the place for you! 

We are currently looking for new warehouse employees, offering different types of contracts to suit your needs (part time and full time).

What you'll do

Our warehouse assistants primarily take care of receiving and preparing goods for storage in our warehouse, preparing pallets and transferring goods to the stores, checking and preparing transfer paperwork and processing any damaged goods, reporting to the warehouse manager. The warehouse assistant is also responsible to keep the warehouse facilities clean and tidy at all times.

The main duties will be:

  • Maintain the uninterrupted flow of goods in and out of our warehouse;
  • Move and load all products;
  • Ensure stock is received, stored, packed and transported according to the highest standards;
  • Proper storage/handling of goods according to the warehouse layout;
  • Proper handling of faulty goods, processing damages and write offs;
  • Keep the warehouse clear and ensure any potential hazards are dealt with quickly and efficiently.

What you'll need

  • Must be at least 18 years old;
  • The flexibility to work different shifts including night shifts, weekends and public holidays;
  • Ability to work in a team or independently, ensuring high level operations standards;
  • Be professional and support-oriented towards your team;
  • Manage paperwork related to the flow of goods;
  • The drive to work hard in a fast-paced environment, willing and able to carry and move heavy boxes, with the support of fork lifts;
  • Fluent knowledge of the English language is a must;
  • Knowledge of the Maltese and/or Italian languages will be considered an asset; 
  • Previous experience working in warehousing/storekeeping would be considered an asset.
