Logistics Centre

Oversees all warehouse and distribution operations for Lidl Malta, responsible for strategic planning, efficiency, and ensuring smooth supply chain management.

Leads the warehouse team, responsible for daily task allocation, team performance, and ensuring operational targets are met effectively.

Leads a particular section in the warehouse, supporting the Warehouse Manager and stepping where needed. 

Supervises a particular area or shift within the warehouse, ensuring efficient workflow, adherence to safety regulations, and providing guidance to warehouse staff. 

Handles administrative tasks within the logistics department, including data entry, record-keeping, processing documentation, and supporting the smooth flow of information.

Carries out a range of practical tasks within the warehouse, such as receiving goods, order picking, packing, and ensuring the efficient movement and storage of stock.

Operates specific machinery and equipment within the warehouse, such as forklifts or pallet trucks, to move and handle goods safely and efficiently.
