Your Training STORES HERO

Let's get Started!

As a new #teamlidl member, you'll learn the daily tasks associated with your role and our company procedures. We want you to feel supported right from the beginning. To achieve this, you'll have the backing of your manager, your trainer, and your mentor, as well as the entire #teamlidl who will always have your back!

On your first day, you'll receive your training plan. This plan is designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in your future role.

The training programme is very detailed and comprehensive, as it comprises a mix of e-learning content and shadowing sessions with colleagues you'll be working alongside. It's therefore important that you also gain an understanding of their activities. Throughout your journey, your manager will be by your side to ensure that your induction and training phases run smoothly and that you feel well-prepared for your future operational duties.
