The Facility Specialist supports the Facility management of the real estate assets in Malta: the person receives and manages requests from the outlets and the Logistics Centre, relating to maintenance, cleaning and safety services; furthermore, the Facility Specialist supervises administrative activities.
The person liaises with other company departments and with suppliers to organize their work.

What you'll do

The main duties of the Facility Specialist are:

  • Reception of fault reports and requests from outlets in Malta
  • Definition of priorities and activation of suppliers
  • Verification of the quality of the interventions and services carried out
  • Organization of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance
  • Management of cleaning and safety services
  • Production and processing of reports
  • System management of correct cost recording.

What you'll need

The requirements to fill the position are:

  • Degree in technical-management or engineering would be considered an asset;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint;
  • Fluent in English language;
  • Knowledge of Italian language would be considered an asset;
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills;
  • Excellent relational and analytical skills;
  • Flexibility and eye to detail;
  • Capable of working on own initiative and in a team environment;
  • In possession of a valid car driving license.
