We are now looking to recruit a creative and talented individual to join our Corporate Affairs Department on a full-time basis.

The person chosen for this position will help the Company in its Communication strategy by managing the Company’s internal and external communications, CSR projects and social media. 

What you'll do

• Managing and updating the Company’s Intranet and App with timely and engaging content, including news articles and other information
• Writing and editing press releases and other external communications material
• Producing press texts and assisting in responding to national and regional media enquiries
• Monitoring relevant social media channels and assisting in their management
• Assisting in the development and implementation of the company’s CSR strategy
• Contributing to the development and execution of the company’s employer branding initiatives
• Coordinating and supporting in company events and conferences and participating when required
• Manage and engage with influencer accounts as required
• Preparing and presenting reports as required.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or a relevant field
• Excellent command of the English and Maltese languages, both written and verbal
• Capable of communicating in Italian
• Able to adapt tone and style of communication to the different stakeholders within and outside the company

In addition to the above, you will also be a creative, dynamic, and self-motivated individual who is capable of working as part of a team as well as on your own initiative.

• A good working knowledge of Microsoft applications especially Excel
• Knowledge of Photoshop would be considered an asset
• Previous experience working in a marketing/digital marketing or communications role would be considered an asset
• Basic photography skills, including the ability to use mobile devices to capture and edit images.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
