District Manager (f/m)
In the role of District Manager (f/m) you will be responsible for the commercial and financial management of up to 3 stores and of a staff of up to 60 people. You will act as a mediator between your Head Office and the shops guaranteeing high quality levels and the respect of company standards and procedures. To do so you will have the possibility of selecting, training and daily motivating your team in order to achieve growth and development and to reach goals.

- University degree in Economics
- Lively interest in trade
- Charisma, and strong communication and leadership skills
- Very good planning abilities
- Problem solving abilities
- Previous experience in the large-scale retail trade and in the management of Human Resources is preferred
